This is The Smashing Pumpkins 2nd album. Today has that video with the icecream truck in the desert. Rocket had a video, but it was never played much. Disarm is the aoustic song played on the radio quite a bit. |

Not as critically acclaimed or successful as thier last 2 albums. Less guitars and more synth drums and stuff. Still good, but not AS good. The next album is reported to be a full return to guitar rock, though. |

Radiohead is a band made up of skinny british guys. They hardly 'rock'. Thier music is mostly slow, and it may actually make you sleepy. It is great music, though. This album doesn't get much radio play in the USA. |

This is a solid rock album. I do not like the choice of radio singles, though. "Enough Space" is a cool rock song. |

This is some wierd-ass shit, to say thhe least. Every song contains elements of at least 3 of the following: Country, Gospel, Techno, Rap, or Southern Rock. The singing sounds like it comes from american televangelists, but they are actually british and scottish! There are also references (in jest) to commuinism and drugs. There is also an exaggerated relious aspect to it. But is actually some good music. Track 5 begins with the Reverend Jim Jones final speech, accompanied by a techno beat in the background. Wierd, but great. |

I just got this one because I have an unhealthy obsession with the Mortal Kombat theme, because it is so energetic and mindless and spirited and hokey and corney, just like the movie. It was only about half the price of a normal album, though, so it's not a total waste. |

Mostly lyric-less techno. Super repetitive. I still like to listen to it from time to time. Gets on a lot of peoples' nerves, though. |
